Alesis ProTrack Handheld Stereo Recorder
24.06.10
In the by all means of reviewing a pair of mobile audio recording apps Audiofile Engineerings FiRe Battlefield Recorder and the free Blue FiRe I had the opportunity to put Alesiss ProTrack through its paces. The handheld stereo recorder works with the iPod to resist you capture high-quality audio on the go.
Ill-matched with mobile microphones such as Blues Mikey ( Macworld rated 3.5 out of 5 mice ) which take a simplified modus operandi to capturing audio, the Alesis ProTrack goes in a more complex, but still portable, operating. The device itself is relatively largeabout seven and one-half inches sustained, just under three inches wide, and not quite two inches serious. The ProTrack provides a sled, with dock connector, into which your iPhone or iPod is placed. The widget records to the iPod classic, fifth-days iPods, second- and third-generation iPod nanos, and the subscribe to-generation iPod touch. It also worked with the iPhone in my testing.
